Poultry Lessons from the Past

An informative video by the US Dept. of Agriculture on the billion dollar poultry industry in the USA.



It's amazing how much has changed in the last 80 years.

Small Flockers is not suggesting that we return to the 1930's.  However, there are fundamental truths that were practiced in the 1930's that we can learn from today.  By combining the best of today with the still relevant truths of yesterday will likely yield the best of both worlds.
