The cost of membership is $1.00 per year per person.
Before applying for membership, please review SFPFC's Mission, Vision, and Philosophies and be sure you fully support them.
To become a member of SFPFC, you can do one of two options:
- Download, print, fill in the SFPFC Membership Application Form, and mail it to SFPFC with your $1.00 membership fee; or
- Fill in the following form, and make an on-line donation of $1.00 or more
