A contract poultry farmer, Craig Watts, has turned his back on his Chicken Overlords, disclosing the inside view of his USDA Process Verified Chicken Factory Farm, also known as a Chicken CAFO (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation).

Craig said, "There are a lot of flaws in the system. The consumer is being hoodwinked. The farmers is being jerked around" (Timestamp 0:30 ).
Craig's wife said, "Craig and I realized we want the same thing. We want to reform the industry, and we're going to have to stand shoulder to shoulder to do that." (Timestamp 3:57)
There is a reasonable basis to assume that Canada's Chicken CAFO's are the same or similar to Craig's US factory farm that he operates for Purdue Farms, the third biggest chicken producer in the US.
PBS' series on Food has added additional coverage in its Dirty Birds: A Story of Chickens in America
