When will CFC comply?

I have been seeking information from Chicken Farmers of Canada ("CFC") since March 4, 2013.  The original letter I sent CFC is available here

Here we are, 56 days later and no response from CFC.  I have patiently waited, and sent 3 follow-up emails to Mr. Mike Dungate, Executive Director, Chicken Farmers of Canada, politely requesting CFC's answers.

Talking with CFC is like talking to a chicken:   it tends to be a 1-way conversation.  I know, for I speak to my chickens every day in soft, soothing tones; for I believe it minimizes the bird's stress.

I suspect CFC doesn't want to answer my questions because they realize their answers will be worse than silence.  Perhaps CFC agrees with Mark Twain:

"It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt."

I'm open to suggestions and feedback:

• Will CFC eventually answer the questions?
• What step will get CFC to answer the questions?
• Will CFC's answers be worth the wait?

It would be nice if CFIA provided the latitude & longitude in their Excel spreadsheet table, so I and everybody else didn't need to spend 8 hours to get the data geogrid plottable in Google Maps.
